What if I travel often for work?

This is one of the biggest barriers I receive. So I created short workouts and travel protocols to allow you to make progress while travelling. It won’t be perfect but you will get results if you follow the plan (and I’m not asking for hours in the gym either, 20 minutes in your room as a starting point)

Do I need to give up alcohol?

Alcohol is fine, I’m a realist. Most clients still have to entertain clients, and they enjoy a drink. You don’t have to give it up to make progress, you just can’t have a few bottles every night if you want to make the most of your efforts.

How much time per week does this take?

Workouts can be as short as 20 minutes 3 x week. There are coaching calls too (optional) that are recorded (20-90 minutes) and a tonne of resources. Anything between 1-5 hours per week depending on what YOUR schedule allows. My most successful clients make the changes small, over time, and that allows them to progress without a complete life overhaul on day 1. Although, if you want that… we can go all in too.
